Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (for federal agencies) or applicable state public records laws, individuals have the right to request access to public records and government information.
The La Feria Independent School District (LFISD) Public Information Request system allows you to:
· Submit requests for access to public documents or records
· Complete in its entirety and submit the Public Information Request Form
To make a request, you’ll need to provide:
· A clear description of the records you are seeking
· Your contact information
· Any relevant details to help locate the documents
